Shipping policy

At Bijoul, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.                                                                        You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your purchase is successfully placed. 

Shipping Timeline

Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner. While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, logistics issues, regional restrictions, etc) are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges if applicable, are calculated at the checkout and displayed before payment.

Payment Method

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid at the time of checkout.

No Return/ No Exchange

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer return or exchanges on any jewellery items.                                                                                                                          We request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.          While placing order for ring please carefully check the Ring Size Chart before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging our products. However, if in any case you receive an item that is damaged or defective:                                                                                        1. Please inform us within 24-48 hours of delivery.                                                                2. Share clear photos or video of the damaged product along with the packaging.      3. Email us at bijoubysakshi@gmail.com     

Our team will thoroughly review the issue. If the damage is found to be from our end, we will initiate a return or replacement as deemed appropriate.                                    Any request raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
