At Bijoul, each jewellery piece is carefully crafted and packaged with attention to detail. Due to the nature of jewellery products and hygiene consideration, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Bijoul does not offer return or exchange on any jewellery items once they have been delivered.
Customers are advised to carefully review product details, images, measurements, and descriptions before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective: You must contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery at bijoulbysakshi@gmail.com Make sure to include: - A clear photos/ videos of the damaged item and the original packaging - A short description of the issue

Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment is successfully completed, order cannot be modified or cancelled.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds/ replacements will not be provided in the following cases: 1. Damaged caused after delivery 2. Slight variation in colour, texture, or finish due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. 3. Normal wear and tear 4. Incorrect order placed by the customer
